About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Instructor to join our team at Vancouver First Aid Ltd. As a First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive first aid training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Prepare Educational Materials: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date educational materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and visual aids.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all training records are accurate and up-to-date, including participant records and training evaluations.
  • Establish Marketing Programs: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our first aid training programs to potential clients.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all training programs meet the necessary regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, including programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
