Business Analyst

Foiclon is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and conducting business analysis to assess clients' business problems and opportunities. You will document business requirements to determine I&IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical needs assessment for multistakeholder geospatial solution discovery projects
- Develop and maintain effective requirement gathering strategies
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case surveys, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions
- Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong BA degree
- Experience leading technical needs assessment for multistakeholder geospatial solution discovery projects
- Experience with business and use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling
- Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
