Join Our Team as a Business Analyst

At TSX Inc., we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing and improving our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain functional requirements for new products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on business activities and systems usage
  • Support agile team members in clarifying and iterating on requirements
  • Maintain product specifications and documentation
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the product roadmap
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with sophisticated technology systems
  • Minimum 3 years in the financial sector as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
  • Strong software development-related business analysis skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
