HVAC Technician Opportunity at Reliance Home Comfort


We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an integral part of our customer service-focused organization, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential appliances in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.



About the Role:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our experienced technicians to achieve shared goals and provide top-notch support to our customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair residential appliances, including water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and more, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the field, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Conduct general and specialized inspections of various appliances, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to customers on proper appliance care and maintenance, enhancing their overall experience with our products.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to explain the value proposition of Reliance's products, services, and programs to every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • A valid Gas ticket, Journeyman or Red Seal license, and a Class 5 Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
