Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager

ONTARIO COPR. is seeking a skilled Beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hairstyling salon/studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of hair stylists and other staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of hair stylists and other staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Supervise apprentices/students in training
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Maintain and order supplies
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
  • Non-smoking work environment
  • 40 hours per week
