Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Bright Dental Centre in Russell, ON. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the patient's office experience, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Process patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Handle accounts receivable and manage billing

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
