About the Role:

  • Lead a team of optometrists and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our practice through recruitment, training, and mentoring of new optometrists.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and technologies to ensure our practice remains at the forefront of eye care.
