Sleep Apnea Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Snore MD, a world-class sleep clinic with locations in British Columbia and Alberta.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take their career to the next level. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our patients' sleep apnea treatment experience.
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus of up to $4.00 per hour, totaling up to $26.00-$29.00 per hour.
Job Description:
- Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings
- Communicate and report with allied healthcare professional teams, such as doctors and specialists
- Clinic operations, receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment
- Insurance paperwork support

Qualifications:

- Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic
