Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
