Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead our organizational efforts and drive success. This role is responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The work term is permanent, with 32 hours per week. The language of work is English. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
