Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and Maintain Financial Records

Accurately compile and maintain records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and secure.

Process Mortgage Applications

Process applications for loans and mortgages, verifying all necessary documentation and information to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with Team Members

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of mortgage transactions.

Meet Tight Deadlines

Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications and transactions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position.
