Mortgage Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Clerk to join our team at I.M.I Financial Group Corp. As a Mortgage Clerk, you will be responsible for compiling records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments, preparing real estate rentals, sales, and listings data, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and process real estate transactions
  • Store and retrieve financial data
  • Process loan and mortgage applications
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
