Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Rhea Quinto. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Home Childcare Provider will be responsible for providing childcare services to children of various ages, from infants to school-age children. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare services to children in their own homes
  • Develop and implement engaging activities for children, including games, outings, and educational programs
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children and their families
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for children
  • Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in childcare
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Patience and understanding of children's needs
