Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Rhea Quinto. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing childcare services to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children in your care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare services to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children in your care.
  • Develop and implement daily routines and activities that meet the needs of the children in your care.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to the children in your care.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the children and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with the children's parents and caregivers to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Home Childcare Provider.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Ability to develop and implement daily routines and activities that meet the needs of children.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a home-based setting, providing childcare services to families in their own homes. The work environment will be non-smoking and scent-free.

Language:

The primary language of communication will be English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will be 30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the families in your care.
