As a Financial Analyst, You Will:
  • Contribute to month-end closing and account reconciliation processes
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets, analyzing trends in sales, finance, and general business conditions
  • Develop business unit cash flow forecasts and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support internal and external audits as required
  • Analyze financial and expense performance, identifying areas for optimization
  • Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested by management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine causes of variances, recommend corrective action, and prepare variance explanations
  • Troubleshoot complex financial issues and provide recommendations for policies, controls, or action
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
What You Will Bring:
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or business, with 3+ years of experience in FP&A and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Self-motivation, decisiveness, and flexibility to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software
