About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for our baked goods, as well as operating machinery and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Operate machinery, including mixers and ovens
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Education and Experience:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking or food service role

Language and Hours:

  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
