As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to walk-in customers, while also driving sales growth and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to customers, answering questions and providing recommendations on our product assortment.
  • Enter, pick, and pack sales orders generated at the counter.
  • Maintain and clean the counter area, including merchandising displays.
  • Follow up on backorders with vendors and provide customers with accurate delivery dates.
  • Process returns and warranty claims, including paperwork in compliance with procedures.
  • Navigate and find solutions for customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • College and/or University degree.
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and high standard of integrity.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
