Electronics Sales Associate Role Overview

OSL Retail Services is a dynamic company that provides customized sales services to top brands. We're looking for an Electronics Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect electronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic products and provide product demonstrations and comparisons.
  • Provide customers with a positive and informative shopping experience, ensuring they consider the whole Home Entertainment picture.
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment.
  • Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean.
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase.
  • Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term.
  • Lead by example and foster a team environment.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity.
