Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Director to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, leading a high-performing team, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leading a team of Retail Sales Associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and store operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year of experience in retail management, preferably with a background in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated at $17.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards your hard work and dedication.
