Fundraising Coordinator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Philanthropy program, including financial reconciliation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Maintain and update the donor database system.
  • Connect with donors and answer questions in a timely manner.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities.
  • Manage donor relationships and maintain accurate donor records.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities related to fundraising initiatives.
  • Maintain and support the development of fundraising materials and communications.
  • Assist in grant writing and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure fundraising goals are met.
  • Monitor fundraising trends and best practices in the healthcare philanthropy sector.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized fundraising program and/or completion of a college diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Interest in engaging in Trust-Based Philanthropy principles.
  • Experience with donor management software.
  • Experience with social media and digital fundraising platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRA guidelines for charitable organizations.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative virtual office environment.
