Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team at ZAHID BUTT INC.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Body Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards. This includes supervising a team of technicians, coordinating with customers, and managing inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete repairs and maintenance to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their vehicles are repaired and maintained to their satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving parts and materials.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, and that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the body shop.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure that customers receive a seamless and high-quality experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive body shop.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

The Automotive Body Shop Supervisor will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week.
