Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing)

At OSL Direct Services, we're seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Account Consultants. As a sales leader, you'll be responsible for driving the sale of Bell's full suite of residential products to customers in apartment and condominium buildings. With a focus on building strong relationships with building stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be an ambassador for the Bell brand.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base pay, car allowance, and an uncapped commission structure that can total up to $80,000 - $90,000 per year and more depending on performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Using a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and face-to-face canvassing, drive the sale of Bell's full suite of residential products to customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with building stakeholders to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experiences as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Use the Salesforce CRM system to assist with territory and funnel management.

  • Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience an asset.
  • Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
  • A flexible fulltime schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.
