Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Worker II to join our Recreational Therapy department at Dunrovin Park Lodge. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering an established activity/recreation/leisure program to our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out an established activity/recreation/leisure program as directed by senior staff members
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered care
• Develop and implement engaging activities to promote physical and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Qualifications

• Grade 12, plus completion of recognized recreation course(s)
• Two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Valid Class 4 vehicle license

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
• Ability to organize work and operate related equipment
