Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
