Job Title: Food Service Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Yume Sushi. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
