Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and promoting our products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Perform cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
