Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Passionate Learners Academy (PLA) Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely completion and smooth execution.
- Record-Keeping: Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
- Administrative Support: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and provide general administrative support as needed.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualities: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, accurate, client focus, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
