We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our team at Prepac Manufacturing Ltd.
Job Summary:The Financial Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to ensure the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
- Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
