Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Solutions: Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs, including personal banking products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other branch team members to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and develop solutions that meet their needs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions and services.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Knowledge: High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers, and a passion for delivering a personal experience to customers.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence to approach customers is essential.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $33,000 - $44,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
