French/English Banking Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual French/English Banking Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to customer inquiries in French and English, providing accurate and timely solutions to their banking needs.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, and provide recommendations to clients as needed.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Fluency in French and English (reading and verbal) is required.
- 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience, taking a high volume of calls (40+ per day).
- Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends.
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week).
- Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry while working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently, proven time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels (phone, video, etc.) using a friendly, positive, and professional tone.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, computer navigation, and strong multitasking ability.
- An interest in mobile and digital devices with an ability to help clients navigate through self-serve applications.
- Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their immediate needs and solve their concerns.
