We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Technician to join our team at Silver Hills. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a critical role in the development and improvement of our delicious, plant-based products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sensory evaluations to assess the taste, texture, appearance, and overall quality of our baked goods.
- Manage laboratory inventory, maintain instruments, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Support lab and plant trials, conduct shelf-life studies, and analyze data to inform product development decisions.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including test methods, results, observations, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
- At least 6 months of R&D and/or QA experience in a food or pharma production facility.
- Degree or diploma in food science, food technology, or related field.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift 12 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
