Job Title: Development Service Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Service Worker to join our team at Community Living Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and office support, conducting social research, and implementing life skills workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and office support, including housekeeping activities and food preparation.
  • Conduct social research to inform program development and implementation.
  • Implement life skills workshops to support individuals with special needs.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community.
  • Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings.
  • Manage events and knowledge, and offer mentoring and supervision to office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
