Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Specialist to join our team at DOSC. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations
    • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand and preferences
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
    • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Inspire creativity and innovation in menu development
  • Restaurant Management
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
    • Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
    • Ensure seamless communication among team members
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
    • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
    • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Salary Information

The salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 33-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy restaurant environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout the day.
