Senior Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Specialist to join our team at DOSC. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Culinary Operations
- Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand and preferences
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient use of resources
- Inspire creativity and innovation in menu development
- Restaurant Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ensure seamless communication among team members
- Team Leadership
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
The salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 33-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy restaurant environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout the day.
