Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Montana's BBQ & BAR. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
