About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Guia Marrie Saguiped. As a Home Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities for children
    • Encourage children's cognitive, emotional, and social development
    • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
  • Household Management
    • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Health and Safety
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
    • Administer first aid and CPR as needed
    • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers
    • Work collaboratively with parents to develop and implement care plans
    • Provide regular updates and reports to parents
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field
  • Certifications and Training
    • CPR Certificate
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Red Cross Babysitting course
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English
