Retail Store Manager

Fraserview Meats is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales workers, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and organization
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and task assignments
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- Relocation costs covered by employer
Fraserview Meats is a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
