Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operations Supervisor to join our team at DK Sign and Print Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our printing press, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of printing press operators and other production staff
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices and new employees
  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
