Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and regional costs.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in Brantford. In this role, you'll work with clients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation settings, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Sound knowledge of community resources and ability to adapt to new computer applications
