Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Operations and Administration: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
