About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Jas Globe Inc. as an Informatics Security Analyst. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in information systems security and a passion for protecting our clients' digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Confer with clients to identify their security requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • System Implementation: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, including cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices, and provide expert advice on information systems security to clients.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
