Part-Time Education Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

About the Role

As an Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping students develop their academic skills and confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Informing parents about our Oxford Learning programs
  • Organizing schedules for students, staff, and teachers
  • Setting up and administering assessments
  • Establishing and overseeing student learning programs
  • Liaising with members of the community (schools, sports teams, and local businesses)
  • Maintaining contact with parents and meeting with them to discuss their child's progress
  • Ensuring that the Oxford Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the centre
  • Creating a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a minimum university degree and strong secondary school mathematics skills. Experience in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies is an asset. Strong computer skills and phone skills are also required.

This is a part-time position that requires evenings (4pm-8pm) Monday to Friday. Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the Vaughan area.
