Part-Time Education Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Education Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our education programs, ensuring the smooth operation of our learning centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our education programs, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students, parents, and teachers.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of academic programs for students, including curriculum development and lesson planning.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Teach small groups of students as needed, providing individualized instruction and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Child & Youth Care and/or Social Work.
  • Customer service experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A valid Ontario driver's license and a car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of the centre.
  • Salary: $18 - $21 per hour.
