About the Role:

  • Promptly respond to and manage incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide a cohesive customer experience, from initial contact to final sale.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up efforts to track progress and measure success.

Requirements:
