Senior Oracle HCM/Taleo Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM/Taleo Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client needs into deliverables and prepare documentation and presentations
  • Parameterize modules for functional solution implementation
  • Accompany project teams in deployment or evolution of solutions
  • Prepare and lead design workshops on mastered subjects
  • Control quality of service provided to clients
  • Develop, test, and receive solutions
  • Ensure technical maintenance
  • Monitor technical aspects, train users, and advise on solution evolutions
Required Expertise:
  • More than 5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or company, with knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday HCM software
  • Fluent level of English and French
