We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in communications roles, with 5+ years of experience at a senior level. You should have exceptional writing skills, proven media relations experience, excellent executive presence, and the ability to deliver high-level, professional work quickly.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Advisory executive team in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise to build upon the foundation of existing communications programs and roll up their sleeves to deliver results aligned to business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute national internal and external communications strategies to support the Advisory business unit's strategic objectives and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the organization to understand business developments, build thoughtful messaging, and execute flawlessly.
  • Deliver exceptional service to stakeholders through high-quality work, strategic planning, and attention to detail.
  • Roll up your sleeves to manage all aspects of the communications strategy and execution, ensure consistent service delivery, identify areas to increase value, mitigate issues, and bring solutions that align with the vision of the Advisory leadership team.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and translate that knowledge into messages, including identifying earned media opportunities and risks, that align to business priorities.
  • Create communications using a variety of mediums in multiple voices intended for different audiences.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a remote/hybrid position.
