About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Chief Operating Office (COO) for the CFO Group, accelerating how we deliver strategic priorities and initiatives. As a CFO Enablement Intern, you will have the chance to collaborate on high-impact projects, coordinate deliverables, and develop valuable skills in strategic finance advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to defined projects or tasks with support and supervision, as needed.
  • Serve as a key member in marketing and maintaining an integrated learning and development strategy for the CFO Group.
  • Design and prepare strategic presentations for senior executives.
  • Develop knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
  • Communicate and partner with key stakeholders, including Strategic Initiatives, Change Management, Communications, HR, external vendors, and CFO Group senior leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An undergraduate level year 3 or 4 degree.
  • A self-motivated and independent work ethic with a solution-driven and growth mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good relationship management skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
  • Exposure to task management and project management experience, with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
