Senior Flight Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Test Engineer to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our Flight Test Engineering Team, you will be responsible for planning and executing flight tests on production and experimental aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure safe and efficient flight testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe flight operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, pilots, and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (P. Eng.)
- 10+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, including Flight Test Engineering
- Masters in Engineering/Aviation or Test Pilot School graduate
- Understanding of Civil/Commercial aircraft certification Part 25 requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & Access)
- Self-motivated and excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to remote locations for short and extended periods
