- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage budgets, and prepare reports to ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
