About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SRA TABER LIMITED. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of the kitchen.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, baking, and food preparation.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
