Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MMNOF HOLDINGS LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, payroll, and other important information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
